These strips are real nail polish with an adhesive layer backing. This means you don't need to heat them up to apply, and they don't peel your nails.

Ingredients: Acrylates Copolymer, Butyle Acetate, Polyacrylic acid, Adipic Acid, Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), Polyurethane.  

I only buy polish strips that are 7 free and formulated without DBP, toluene, and formaldehyde. All my manufacturers have SGS certificates, and the products are tested in Germany where they meet and exceed European guidelines. For reference: the EU bans 1,300 toxic and harmful ingredients while the USA only bans 30.
